1What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is to transform an image into an embroidery design for use in computerized embroidery machines.

2 What’s the charge for editing?

Normal editing (less than 40% of design stitches change) are FREE OF COST. Above 35% of design stitches change or addition / subtraction in design (apart from provided image) are charged USD $ 10.00 per Design.

3How long will it take to get my design digitized?

Our standard turn-around time is 12 hours. If you have a rush/ urgent order, please let us know and we will provide you the design done in few hours with NO extra charge.

4 What format do you offer?

We can offer you all the major formats such as .DST, EMB, CND, PES, EXP, HUS, POF, and XXX etc. Please contact our customer support for more information at sales@uniquedigitize.com

5 How will I pay for my designs?

We accept payments only through credit cards. Payment Methods: You can pay us with any of your Credit Card VISA and Master Card (An invoice for every paid order will be sent to the customer).

6 What type of image can I send for digitizing? What type of image can I send for digitizing?

The designs images can be sent as VECTOR images like Corel Draw (CDR) or Adobe (EPS) which are best, you can also send JPEG, WMF, EMF, BMP, GIF, TIF, AI, *.fh* free hand format). The images should be clear and bold with colors well marked and in good condition to process with digitizing. Clear artwork will allow us to give a precision to the design. Therefore, we prefer that the size of image should be big enough to show detail, but small enough to be manage in a portfolio.You can also find the guidance on our Image guideline page.

7 How will I get my design?

Once we receive your order and payment confirmation the design will be send through email attachment to your email address ( provided by you in the order form ) in your requested format.We can send you designs only in DOS supported formats. Most common is Tajima format. In case you need your design(s) other than DOS supported format Please specify in special instructions box of our order form.

8 What if I don’t like my job?

We make every effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. We will do everything possible to ensure that your orders are done with the highest quality. Let us know if you are not satisfied with the design we digitized, we will make it correct as per your request right away. You can always contact us at our customer support at sales@uniquedigitizer.com.

9 Can you do 3D puff / patches/ applique?

Yes, we can. All of digitizers here are very experienced in it.

10 Do you provide any other services?

We take great pride in running a focused digitizing and vector art services business. That said, we have a highly experienced team that has a tremendous amount of experience in all aspects of the embroidery and printing value chain. As a result, we are glad to informally provide our clients, when needed, feedback on areas that they may need some counsel and/or help (for example, thread selection, etc.).
