1How do I register on your website?

Super simple. Just pop over to our website, look up top for the "Sign Up" or "Register" button, and click it. From there, fill in your name, email, and a password you’ll remember. That’s it. You’ll get a quick email — open it, confirm, and boom, you're in. No long forms or complicated

2How do you check the quality of each design?

Honestly, it’s all about experience and sharp eyes. Every design we work on goes through a multi-step review — not just once, but twice. Our digitizers check stitch paths, density, small letter clarity, trims — all of it. Then someone else checks it again. We also test stitch simulations to catch issues before they hit your machine. Basically, we don’t just “hope it’s good.” We know it is before it ever reaches you.

3How long does digitizing usually take?

We get it — time matters. For most logos and standard designs, we’re usually done in under 12 hours. Simple stuff? Maybe even in 4 to 6. If it's urgent, just flag it and we’ll push it forward. 4Do you charge for edits?

Minor tweaks? Nope. If it’s just resizing, color changes, or shifting a design a little — we’ll take care of it for free. Bigger changes that require re-digitizing (like if you change the whole logo or add new elements) might come with a small fee, but we’ll always tell you ahead of time. No surprises, no weird add-ons.

5What file formats do you deliver?

Whatever format you need, we’ve got it. DST, PES, EMB, JEF, EXP, VP3 — you name it. Just tell us your machine type or software when placing the order and we’ll make sure it matches up. Not sure what format you need? No worries — we’ll help figure it out.

6How do I pay for my digitized designs?

We accept almost everything — PayPal, credit cards, even wire transfers if needed. Once your order is approved, we send a secure payment link. It’s quick and safe. No chasing invoices, no hidden charges — just a smooth transaction and your files delivered right after.

7What kind of image should I send you?

Send us whatever you have — JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, even a good photo of a hand-drawn sketch. Just make sure it's clear enough to see. The cleaner the image, the better your final stitch file turns out. But don’t stress too much — if something’s off, we’ll reach out and help fix it.

8How do I get my digitized files once ready?

Once your design is finalized, we email it straight to you — and you’ll also find it in your account dashboard if you registered. You'll get the stitch file, color sheet, and even a thread chart if needed. We keep it all organized and ready to plug into your machine.

9Can you digitize for 3D puff, appliqué, or patches?

Absolutely. This is one of our specialties. We know puff needs underlay and loft adjustments, and appliqué takes extra placement planning. We’ve worked on patches for hats, jackets, uniforms — you name it. So yes, if you need 3D puff or appliqué digitizing, we’re the digitizing company in the USA you’ll want in your corner.

10Do you offer anything besides digitizing?

Definitely. While we’re best known for our affordable digitizing services, we also do vector art conversions, artwork cleanup, resizing for print or stitch, and consulting on how to make your logo “embroidery ready.” A lot of digitizing companies in the USA only offer files.
